Payment
A deposit is required to confirm your booking, deposits can be paid by cheque or credit/debit card. Unconfirmed bookings will be held for seven days, after which time the room or rooms will be released for rebooking. Our standard deposit is £20.00 per person; for Christmas, New Year and coach trips from Ireland the deposit is £75.00.Balances are due on arrival, if paying by cheque payment must be received seven days in advance of arrival to allow time for the cheque to clear.
Cancellation Charges
It is your right to cancel your booking with us at any time, however if we have reserved a room for you and declined other bookings because of your reservation it is fair to charge a cancellation fee.Cancellation fees will be charged as follows:-
Upto fourteen days prior to arrival we will make a complete refund, less a £15.00 administration charge
Within fourteen days of arrival - we will charge the first nights accommodation tariff (in total).
Within 48 hours of arrival - or a no show on the date of arrival will incur the full tariff as quoted at time of booking for the whole of the intended stay.
You may want to consider travel insurance.
The Proprietors cannot accept responsibility for loss of guests’ property unless handed in for safe custody. The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person, who is party to that contract, cause any detriment to the well being of other guests.
Residents are allowed visitors in the public areas of the Hotel, visitors will remain the responsibility of the resident in all instances.
